Prepare the Church for Mass/Communion Services: Altar, Lectionary, water, vestments, wine, chalice, etc.

Greet parishioners before Sunday Mass/Communion service

Order and pickup supplies: Candles, wine, hosts, paper products, etc.

Keep albs and all linens needed for Mass/Communion services laundered or dry cleaned excluding Altar linens, panels, etc., which is done exclusively by Art & Environment.

Pick up the box containing bulletins and other materials for Mass from the parish office on Friday or check to be sure the priest will bring the box.

Keep votive candle holders clean and free of old wax before adding new candles to eliminate breakage and fire.

Make small repairs.  If anything major needs to be done, or would become permanent to the interior or exterior, it must first be discussed with the Pastor.   SA is on the National Register as a historical site and changes cannot be made without proper authorization.

Keep Church interior clean at all times.

Be available to open the Church when applicable for baptisms and funerals, to open Church for those who want to pray for their family members, and/or to open Church anytime when needed.

Open locked gates for parking lot (on private property) for any Church function and Mass.

Maintain storage unit, closet and cupboards located in the Sacristy.

Keep bathroom clean and supplied with water.

Keep the grounds, which includes a cemetery, cut, swept and sidewalks shoveled in winter. This includes the parking lot when heavy snows come.

Hand out bulletins.

Prepare for Vespers and Fiestas.    Prepare for Stations of the Cross during Lent.
