The Estancia Valley Catholic Parish (EVCP) Divine Mercy Ministry’s (DMM) mission is to proclaim to its parishioners, community, co-workers, and families the Good News; God loves us-and his mercy is greater than any of our sins, if we would only turn with trust to Him.

1) The DMM recognizes and reveres God’s merciful love as seen in the Holy Eucharist, the Sacrament of Mercy, and gratefully receives His mercy and graces so that God’s mercy can flow out to all His children.

2)The DMM encourages and fosters a deeper devotion to Divine Mercy through the forms of devotion: Eucharistic Adoration, veneration of the Image of Divine Mercy, celebration of the Feast of Mercy (Divine Mercy Sunday), praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Novena to the Divine Mercy at 3:00 p.m.(the Hour of Great Mercy)and celebration of the Divine Mercy Holy Hour.

3)The DMM intercedes on behalf of the sick and dying within the EVCP by praying the Chaplet daily, so that Jesus will stand by their side before His Father, not as a just judge, but rather as a merciful Savior.

Summation of the DMM mission is the gaining of more souls for Christ through imparted graces of Divine Mercy, through charitable acts of mercy.

The Divine Mercy Ministry invites you to join in its life-changing and fulfilling ministry.
Please consider joining one of the following:

1) The Divine Mercy Chaplet Leaders
As a Chaplet leader, you will join other leaders praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet Monday through Friday, at 3:00 p.m., at your Church. Of course, you will pick the day that is most convenient for you.

2) The Divine Mercy Chaplet Prayers for our sick
Join others in praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet daily for the sick of the parish and for all those in need. This is done in the comfort of your home at a time convenient for you.

3) The Divine Mercy Cenacle Prayer/Bible Study
Meet weekly on either a Thursday night or Friday afternoon with fellow parishioners to increase and renew your love for your faith. Come away re-energized with a deeper understanding of God’s love and mercy.

4) Eucharistic Adoration
Spend one hour in silence with your Lord on Fridays, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. You pick the hour that works with your schedule. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Jesus is calling and inviting. Come!
